Applications for nationally recognized training program, Partners In Policy Making, due Friday, May 11, 2012!
A new video featuring a free statewide program that develops leadership
skills and trains advocates for people with disabilities to voice their
views and influence policymakers is now available online.
NC Partners in Policymaking is
seeking applicants by May 11th for the 2012 program, which is set to
begin in June. Partners in Policymaking is designed to better enable
individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as
parents of young children with such disabilities,
to present their views on policies that affect them.
