I received a call this morning from a family in Meckenburg telling me that PBH/Cardinal was taking over as the LME/MCO for Mecklenburg County. The links below are for the newspaper article and PBH's Press Release. Below those links is an email from Doug Sea urging every Mecklenburg family/provider to call the governor!
